1. MEMBERS
       Every one (person or organization) is allowed to become member of Links eXchange Network. There are not any special conditions.
       In order to use Links eXchange Network FREE of charge, members agree to display banner ads on their web sites!
       Since members are allowed to have unlimited amount of web sites accounts, registering the same person and/or organization under few different member ID's is undesirable!

    2. WEB SITES
       Links eXchange Network will ONLY advertise members web sites. Design, programming, hosting, creating banner ads, etc. are not included in this offer, but are available on request and at additional charge.
       Members are not allowed to have more than one account for one and the same web site!
       Although there are not restrictions based on site's activity, creating account(s) for web sites "under construction" is undesirable!
       Although there are not restrictions based on site's content, creating account(s) for web sites containing child pornography and/or propagandizing any kind of anti human activities is unacceptable!

    3. BANNER ADS
       Banner ads are provided from and belong to the members. Links eXchange Network will only publish them. All banner ads WILL BE RESIZED to 468x60 pixels. Except that, Links eXchange Network CAN NOT and WILL NOT modify them. All banner ads must be uploaded and stored within members accounts. Banner ads hosted on other servers are not allowed.
       Maximum banner ad size is set on per site basis and can be changed at any time without warning. Default is 12K per banner ad!
       Maximum banner ads amount is set on per site basis and can be changed at any time without warning. Default is 5 banner ads per site!

    4. CODE
       In order to display banner ads on their pages members will be given certain HTML code. This code is different for different web sites. The code can be installed in unlimited amount of pages!
       Links eXchange Network code MUST NOT be modified in ANY WAY and MUST NOT be installed in "pop-up" windows.
       Links eXchange Network code must be installed ONLY ONCE per page. If the page is using frames, the code must be installed in ONLY ONE frame ONLY ONCE. The pages with Links eXchange Network code MUST reside under the given domain name.

    5.    I M P O R T A N T
       Links eXchange Network is not responsible in any way for it's members banner ads and/or sites content, appearance, etc. Responsibility for banner ads and/or sites is taken by their authors!
       The code given by Links eXchange Network has been tested under MS Internet Explorer versions 4.0-5.5, Netscape Navigator version 4.2-6.0 and Opera 5 browsers as well as MS Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000 and Linux operating systems. Links eXchange Network is not responsible for any loss of information or any modifications of web pages if such occur while or after installing the given code.

       Links eXchange Network has the right to deny service to any web site, organization or person as well as to cancel member or site account at any time!
       Links eXchange Network has the right to update and/or modify the terms and conditions at any time without notice!
